An encyclopedia of Hindi film Lyricists
15 April Jaipur || ‘Hindi Filmon ke Geetkaar’ Book was launched on Sunday by Famous Bollywood Lyricist Sayeed Quadri Sahib. Sayeed Quadri Sahib told on this occasion that this is the first book which provides complete information about 1500 Lyricists since 1931. It would be like an encyclopedia of Hindi Films Lyricists.
Senior lyricist Dr. Hariram Aacharya & Farid Toki sahib, Senior Choreographer Shri Praveen Kumar, Music Composer Shri Deepak Mathur, Shri K.C. Malu , Shri Baldevshigh Kachwaha, Book Publisher Smt. Arushi Bhargava & Many other Hindi Music Lovers were present in ceremony. Publisher of the Book informed that contents of this Book also available on www.cinesahitya.com website.
Shri Anil Bhargava, Author of ‘Hindi Filmon Ke Geetkaar’ has already written 3 books on Hindi Film Music. This new release book has information of 200 Lyricists with photographs and it also mentions 1200 Lyricists who wrote a few but memorable songs.
